I am writing to pass on my most sincere gratitude for the work you have done preparing me for the media. Yesterday's radio interviews followed by the airing of the Australian Story episode demonstrated how well prepared media engagement can deliver an important message with the power it deserves.
The feedback on radio, email, text and telephone has been overwhelming with many commenting on how well I performed in front of the media. I put this down to the work I have done with you.
As you know, I started this journey with fear and anxiety and no knowledge of the media world. The subject matter is delicate and the negative impact of the wrong media spin on the story could have been devastating. You have shown myself and my family as well as others involved (Police and DPP) how to navigate the rather complex media landscape and we are all very appreciative.
I hope to be able to repay you for this in some way. Ben has not only worked in a professional capacity with me but has become core member of our "support team" and has provided much security and comfort to my wife, brother, mother and father.
