So let’s see if we can make sense of some buzzwords.

Government relations and media relations share roughly the same space in the communications firmament because they’re all about establishing and maintaining relationships with important entities that have a powerful effect on our lives.
Organisational communications is a bit of a mouthful, but essentially refers to a significant part of most people’s existence – the workplace, and whether it is a good place or somewhere to escape from fast at every opportunity. Getting organisations right is about a lot of things, but none is more important than effective communications.
And marketing communications. Communications that helps sell stuff. Simple.
