Capabilities

The company is comprised of two professional groups that operate flexibly depending upon client requirements. There's a bunch of senior executives who like to focus on high-end strategic consulting but who happily lick stamps and argue ideological rectitude in the down time. There's a Government & Issues Practice Group with a top flight former journalist in charge of a team that moves rapidly into action when clients find that matters don't work out as exactly as expected. And there's our Media & Marketing Practice Group, managed by an account director who's searching for a new word to replace 'creativity', which she finds too bland.

Frequently, the easiest part of a technology is to acquire it. The hardest part is to use it effectively. And this caution applies whether we're talking about a humble newsletter or the Internet.

In addition, both groups deliver Media & Issue training.
