Kurt Walther

Office & IT Manager


Kurt has managed all things administrative at Jackson Wells for most of the company's years of operation (since 1999). He looks after the company's IT systems, processing of chargeable hours, supervision of building/office maintenance, renovations and moves, hiring of admin support staff and office procurement.

IT-wise, he has helped establish the LAN (Local Area Network) as well as setting up remote (VPN) access for directors and staff, trains personnel to work competently within the system, troubleshoots and resolves operational issues as they emerge and is the company's webmaster.

He works closely with the financial controller in covering off banking, payroll, invoicing and reconciliation, new accounts, and also provides relief accounting support to the financial controller as required.

He also provides value-add services to consulting staff through extensive First and Second Level Helpdesk support, upgrades and rebuilds work-stations as required for staff movements and maintains core admin document templates and registers.

For the last 4 years, he has served as Secretary of the building's body corporate executive committee, attending all building and committee meetings and regularly acts as proxy for other lot owners.
